Why a
Tenant Group?
We started our tenant group in response to ongoing issues with Brookfield’s property management, including reduced services, excessive utility charges, and discriminatory practices. Many residents have faced a decline in essential maintenance and services, leading to deteriorating and unsafe living conditions. Additionally, unjustified utility charges have placed an unfair financial burden on tenants. Moreover, instances of discrimination have further exacerbated the challenges within our community. By coming together, we aim to address these problems, advocate for fair treatment, and ensure that all tenants have a safe and equitable living environment.

As a united tenant group, our main goal is to address and rectify the issues stemming from Brookfield's poor property management. By advocating for our collective rights, we strive to hold Brookfield accountable, improve communication between tenants and management, and foster a supportive community where everyone's concerns are addressed and respected.
